Self-heal herb, known as blåkoll in Norwegian, has been part of folk tradition for generations. Though small and quiet in appearance, it has often been seen as a plant with a deep and grounding presence.

In traditional herbal craft, blåkoll was used in teas, tinctures and small household rituals connected to calm, balance and everyday wellbeing. Our blåkoll is hand-harvested in Helgeland and prepared in small batches with care.
