Nettle has long been valued in Nordic folk tradition as one of nature’s most nourishing plants. Our nettle is hand-harvested in Helgeland and carefully prepared in small batches.

Traditionally, nettle has been used in herbal preparations as a symbol of strength, vitality and green seasonal energy. Its deep, earthy character makes it one of the most well-known herbs in Northern European tradition.
